District Nurse Gleeta Murray | ||||
| Gleeta is now the main district nurse attached to our practice as well as being the Deputy Team Leader for the District Nurses at Milson Road. She attends our weekly practice meetings to discuss patients who need particular attention. The district nursing team provides long and short term care within the home for those patients who are restricted to their home environment through illness or disability. | |||||

Health Visitor Dianne Crump | ||||
| Dianne is the
Senior Health Visitor at Milson Road Health Center and we consider ourselves
very lucky to have her as the Attached Visotor to or practice. She
runs a regular baby clinic at this surgery on Thursday mornings and can be
